Sang Har Mee 生虾面 @ Sang Kee KL

KL(クアラルンプール)へ訪れた時、サンハーミー(炒生虾面)を食べた。大きくプリップリのエビと卵白のグレービー風麺。エビのエキスが凝縮していて、とても美味。とにかく、わかりにくい、細い路地ヤップ・アー・ロイを50メートル程歩き、突き当たるとなんと大繁盛している麺屋「サン・キー」はある。アンダーグラウンドチックでこういうのは大好きだ。お勧め。サンハーミーのハーは広東語でエビなので、ここは広東ベースのお店なのであろう。ちなみに福建・潮州だとへー又はヘイになる。


I've never heard of Sang Har Mee (炒生虾面)until I went to KL. Big piece of river prawn noodle with flavorful gravy with eggwhites -very nice. But this place was quite difficult to find, even the cab driver didn't have a clue. Anyhow, I walked through the narrow, very underground path of Lorong Yap Ah Loy and boom, there was this bustling noodle place full of people. And I ordered what everyone was eating -Sang Har Mee. Wow, the gravy was concentrated with prawn and the consistency of the noodles was perfect al dente. I'd love to come back here one of these days, highly recommended.
